Establishment date :The institute established as a hospitality school in 1982 and inagurated in 1983 according to the scholarship offered by G.T.Z, and changed to upper intermediate institute in 1992 according to higher education minister resolution no 2 of the year 1992
Period of the study:
- Two academic years full-day system.
- Student is granted the certificate of Tourist Guide Diploma recognized by the Higher Education Ministry in accordance with Resolution no 500 on24/8/1991
The institute has three sections (room service- restaurant - kitchens)
The institute accepts who have:
Baccalaureate and it's equivalent of technical diploma(Agricultural - industrial- commercial)

Study system in the institute
The study period is Two academic years (24) months full-day system.
The study is divided into two phases:-
Initial academic year is 36 weeks including the tests.
And this phase aims to teach the theoretical foundations to specialization subjects and apply the practical application to the practical lessons approved by the administration in addition to the material from the first and second class.
The second year is 8 months including the tests.
And this phase aims to train students in different hotels & resorts before graduation in addition to the practical study. The duration of practical training is 3 full months in the governorates of Cairo- Alexandria- Sharm Elsheihk – Hurghada – Marsa Alam- Luxor- Aswan-Northern Coast.

Terms and conditions
- The student age should not exceed 22 years and those who led the military service or is exempted not more than 25 years
- For female students, the age should not be more than 25 years
- Fluent in English and French.
- Pass all the tests held by the company in languages.
